Things you need to know for ordering Moulding Plates

• There are different moulding machines – which brand you need?
• Are you already our customer and have KARODUR Moulding plates?
  Then you’ll find an order number on the bottom left of the plate rim, please specify.
• There are different sizes and layouts (for the number of pieces of dough).
  The most common we have listed for you below.

If you are unsure or can not find your listed rounding plates, you can request a free paper mask (see diagram), which allows you to determine the appropriate rounding plates and order it.

For the brands D & V, KF, Felino, Gostol und Sinmag

• Please specify the dimensions, the number and the pin hole diameter.

Fortuna Company

• The size or machine number can be found on the rear of the handle.
• The food-safe thermoplastic composites are 4 or 5 mm thick
• Distribution are of the form for example 24 / 25 / 34 / 35 / 45

Eberhardt Company

• The plates for the Optimat Piccolo Junior are rectangular.
• Sizes:
  Round form 25 / 35
  Rectangular form 2 / 3 / 4

W&P

• 22- or 30-pieces

ERIKA Semi-automatic

• Size 1 or 2
• If you unable to specify the size, please give the inner diameter of the dough enclosure rings.

RECORD

• Semi automatic
  Please enter the size (approx. 385 mm – 480 mm)
• Fully automatic
  Machine number (Distribution/shape) 15 / 25 / 35 / 45
  If you are unable to find a number, please specify the inner diameter of the dough enclosure rings. ( 34 / 36 / 38 oder 40,5).
